Move your body, move your life

I teach mindful dance fitness classes that help you build physical and mental health at the same time.

Doing accessible choreography to inspiring world music, you will experience the Joy of Movement in a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental setting.

The Joy of Movement helps you “be here now,” immersing yourself in the present moment. Being fully present is mindfulness - a cornerstone of mental health.

My classes support trauma healing, while building mindfulness, self-love, resilience and empowerment - keystones of mental health.

Physical benefits include stamina, range of motion, balance, and the five sensations of fitness: Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Stability and Strength.

You don’t have to be a good dancer to benefit from my classes. If you can move at all, you can get all the benefits.

I teach live on Zoom (see current schedule), and will start offering in-person classes in Occidental, California in January 2024 (schedule TBD).
